Information about payment for your order
1. Protection of your data
Your login and all payment‑related information are transmitted in encrypted form and stored on protected servers. Please never share your password with third parties.
2. Currency
All payments are made in euros (€).
3. Refund
If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will refund the amount as quickly as possible, within 14 days.
4. Available payment methods
Credit card / Bank cards
Card payments are processed securely through a certified payment provider. Your card details are not stored on our servers but are handled exclusively in encrypted form by the payment provider.
We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, American Express and UnionPay.
The charge is made immediately after completing the order.
SEPA bank transfer
You can conveniently pay the invoice amount by bank transfer. Please always use your order number as the payment reference so we can clearly assign your payment. The order will be processed as soon as the payment has been received.

Multibanco
With Multibanco, you can conveniently pay for your order using one of the most popular payment methods in Portugal. After completing your order, you will receive a Referência, Entidade and the amount, which you can enter in your banking app or at any Multibanco terminal. The payment is processed securely and is usually confirmed within a few minutes.
PayPal
With PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal page, log in and confirm the payment. Your PayPal account is charged immediately.
Klarna
With Klarna, you can conveniently pay for your order at a later time. Simply select Klarna at checkout and follow the instructions. The payment is processed directly through Klarna – you will receive all information and payment deadlines from Klarna by email or in the Klarna app.
Wero
With Wero, you can pay for your order quickly and securely directly from your bank account. The payment is executed in real time and confirmed immediately – without additional fees and without sharing sensitive banking data with us.
Simply select Wero at checkout and follow the instructions in your banking app.
Blik
With BLIK you can pay for your order securely and quickly via your Polish banking app. After selecting BLIK at checkout, you enter the 6‑digit BLIK code in your app and confirm the payment. The transaction is processed in real time and confirmed immediately.
Bancontact
With Bancontact, you can pay for your order securely and conveniently directly from your Belgian bank account. After selecting Bancontact at checkout, you will be redirected to your banking app or to a QR‑code scan to confirm the payment. The transaction is executed in real time and confirmed immediately.
Your banking data is not transmitted to us – the entire payment process is encrypted and handled through Bancontact.
Shop Pay
With Shop Pay, you can complete your order especially quickly and securely. Your payment and shipping details are stored in encrypted form, allowing you to confirm future orders with just one click.
If you choose Shop Pay Installments, you can – depending on availability in your country – pay the total amount flexibly in several instalments. The processing is handled directly through Shop Pay, and you will receive all information and due dates by email.
Google Pay
With Google Pay, you can pay for your order quickly and securely directly from your Android device. The payment is confirmed using your stored payment method – without your card or account details being transmitted to us. Google processes all information in encrypted form.
Apple Pay
With Apple Pay, you can pay for your order quickly and securely using an Apple device. You can confirm the payment directly at checkout with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. Your payment data is not transmitted to us but processed exclusively by Apple in encrypted form.
Mobile Pay
With MobilePay you pay for your order conveniently and directly via the MobilePay app on your smartphone. After selecting MobilePay at checkout, the app opens automatically for payment confirmation. The amount is transferred in real time and confirmed immediately.
