Note on germination & revocation
Our seeds come from carefully selected plants and are tested with great care and expertise. However, since we have no influence on the storage and sowing by our customers, we cannot guarantee germination after purchase – therefore, returns are generally excluded. Products can be cancelled at any time before the order is processed,  just let us know as quickly as possible.

Exceptions to revocation 
With seeds produced naturally, it can happen in rare cases that individual batches do not germinate as expected. Should this happen despite careful application of our information and sowing instructions, please briefly inform us of the exact sowing procedure. This way, we can investigate together what might have caused the problem.

How to revoke something
Simply contact us using the chat button on our website. We'll take the time to review your case individually, and work together to find a fair solution. If a cancellation is justified, you'll, of course, receive an appropriate credit or replacement.
