Shipping regions and delivery method
Our shipping region includes the following countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czechia, Hungary and Cyprus.
The Azores, Madeira and the Balearic Islands – including Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera – are also included. We do not currently ship to other countries.
Shipping is handled by CTT Express. Every shipment is assigned a tracking number, which can be used to track its delivery status.
- Portugal, including the Azores and Madeira: Shipping is free on orders of €30 or more.
- Other EU countries and Switzerland: Shipping is free on orders of €60 or more.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery region and the weight of the shipment. Once the delivery address has been entered, the exact amount will be shown at checkout before the order is placed.

Processing and delivery times
Once payment has been received, the order will be dispatched within two working days. Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Portugal.
Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, the delivery time is usually:

The total time until delivery consists of the processing time and the subsequent transit time. The stated transit times are estimates. Public holidays in the destination country, delays with the carrier or customs clearance for deliveries to Switzerland may extend the delivery time.
For the Azores and Madeira, transit times depend on the individual island and may be slightly longer.
